    Abstract
Osseointegrated dental implants in double-barrel, or single-barrel and then vertically distracted, fibula osteoseptocutaneous free flaps can achieve segmental mandibular reconstruction, dental rehabilitation, and premorbid facial height. However, it remains unknown which configuration provides better osseointegration outcomes.
